It is an open house format, and we encourage business casual attire. Be sure to bring multiple copies of your resume, and be prepared to present yourself to the employers. Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. (OPP) is one of America’s largest Historically Black Fraternities. Members from throughout Minnesota and the USA will be in Minneapolis to celebrate brotherhood and community service. From recent and upcoming grads to seasoned professionals, OPP members are college educated and leaders in their communities. Free & open to all candidates with a minimum 4 year degree.
